By accessing our website at breezydrop.com or using any BreezyDrop services — including luggage storage, pickup, and delivery — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
BreezyDrop provides the following services in Nashville, Tennessee: • Luggage Storage: Secure, climate-controlled storage for bags, suitcases, backpacks, and other personal items at our facility located at 1016 4th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37210. • Pickup Service: Collection of your luggage from a designated Nashville address. • Delivery Service: Delivery of your stored luggage to a designated Nashville address within our 5-mile service zone. Service availability is subject to business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–10pm, Sat–Sun 9am–9pm) and facility capacity.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings: All bookings must be made through our website or by calling/texting (629) 265-8300. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from BreezyDrop. Pricing: Storage is charged at $10 per bag per day. Delivery is a flat $25 fee within our 5-mile zone. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your booking will be honored. Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your booking at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance are non-refundable. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been dispatched.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from our storage facility: • Hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, or chemicals • Perishable food items, animals, or plants • Illegal substances, drugs, or contraband • Weapons, firearms, or ammunition • Items of extraordinary value (e.g., cash, jewelry, irreplaceable documents) beyond our $500 insurance coverage • Items with strong odors that could affect other stored luggage By submitting your luggage, you confirm that it does not contain any prohibited items. BreezyDrop reserves the right to refuse or remove any item we believe violates these restrictions. We are not liable for any loss or damage related to prohibited items.
5. Liability & Insurance
Insurance Coverage: Each bag stored with BreezyDrop is insured up to $500 against loss or physical damage while in our care. This coverage applies from the moment we accept your luggage to the moment it is returned to you. Claims: To file a claim, you must notify us in writing at operations@staybreezy.co within 24 hours of collecting your luggage. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. Limitations: BreezyDrop is not liable for: • Loss or damage to prohibited items • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by inherent defects in the luggage itself • Loss of business, profits, or consequential damages • Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., traffic, weather) Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $500 per bag.
6. Customer Obligations
By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when making a booking, including contact details and delivery addresses • Ensure all items submitted for storage are legally permitted and do not contain prohibited items • Collect your luggage within the agreed timeframe. Items left beyond the booked period may incur additional daily storage charges of $10/bag/day • Be present or ensure an authorized representative is present at the time of delivery • Treat our staff with respect. BreezyDrop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive or threatening toward our team members
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the BreezyDrop website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by BreezyDrop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take every reasonable precaution to secure your belongings, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We make no representations about the suitability of our services for any particular purpose beyond secure, short-term luggage storage and delivery within Nashville.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to our services.
